Reservations for the event will be made by INDIVIDUAL CALL-IN or online via the resort's web site.  All reservations must be made by December 15, 2017.  Individuals who choose to call in their reservations must call (800) 441-2113 and identify themselves with the Inter-American Photochemical Society in order to receive the preferred rates.  If reservations were made outside of the special I-APS rate, the guest will not be able to receive the I-APS rate at the time of check-in or check-out.  For guests who made reservations with the I-APS rate, penalties may apply for early check-out.  After the cut-off date, reservations will be accepted on a space available basis and at the prevailing rate.
